Info

Serving Size: 10

Cook Time: 14 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Tsp Sesame or Peanut Oil

  • Super Q Golden Bihon

  • 2 Chicken Breast cut into tenderloins

  • 1 cup carrots julienne

  • 2 stalks celery chopped

  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage

  • 3 cups chicken broth

  • 2 Tbsp Datu Puti Soy Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 pkg Mama Sita’s Pansit Bihon Stir Fry Mix

Step 1: Heat Wok or Skillet

Heat oil in wok until it is sizzling.

Step 2: Chicken

Cook chicken and brown on both sides until no longer pink juices. Set aside in large bowl.

Step 3: Veggies

Saute carrots and celery until softened, still firm. Add Garlic and saute for 30 secs or until fragrant. Add cabbage and heat through, stirring veggies together. Don’t let cabbage lose crunch. Remove from wok and set aside in bowl with chicken.

Step 5: Noodles

Add noodles to the wok. Allow the noodles to absorb the sauce. Stir when the noodles have absorbed the sauce halfway. Add the chicken and the veggies back and stir together with tongs.
